The vapor is satisfying to the oral part of the habit, so most of the time I can just grab the electronic cigarette, take a couple puffs and I'm good.

Down to 3 analogs since I started vaping on Tuesday night. That's not three a day, that's three *period*. Went with 4mg carts and 0mg ejuice with the starter kit - which has proven to not be enough sometimes. Ordered more juice with a higher hit (6mg) which should be in by Monday.
